4. Ordering & Payments

All orders placed through the platform are subject to availability and confirmation by the restaurant.
Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and discounts will be displayed before order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
Unavu Ulagam does not store card or UPI details.

5. Pricing & Menu Information

Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, and food quality.

Unavu Ulagam is not responsible for discrepancies in menu details provided by restaurants.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled only before food preparation begins.
Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unavu Ulagam reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational or technical issues.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Users must provide accurate delivery details.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability of the user may not be eligible for refunds.

8. User Responsibilities

Not to provide false or misleading information
Not to engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities

9. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants are solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Unavu Ulagam acts only as a technology platform connecting users and restaurants.

10. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners are responsible for timely and safe delivery.
Unavu Ulagam does not guarantee earnings and acts only as a facilitator.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software used on Unavu Ulagam are the property of Unavu Ulagam.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Unavu Ulagam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

13. Suspension & Termination
